2016-2018 / Creative Director
This project idea and prototype was developed as part of my MA in Digital Narratives between 2016 and 2018.
Concept
Through a Virtual Reality Experience, this project allows users to travel in time within the historical center of San Salvador (El Salvador), while listening to stories of personal memories and experiences from people who belong to different generations and social groups -living in and outside of the center-. Scanned 3D images, 2D images of these spaces, combined with binaural sound testimonials will represent past, present and future. Each user’s path offers a different experience.
Project status
A VR Prototype was developed for this project idea and presented at the graduation final presentations of the master’s program. This project idea was the basis for the project “Ciudad Perdida: el funeral de monseñor Romero”.
